Processing Time

Each item is handmade, most items on website are ready to send and will be processed within 24 hours of payment being received.

Items listed with ‘made to order’, may take between 7-14 days to create. Please get in contact if you require an item urgently to discuss if an earlier timeframe is possible.

Shipping, Delivery & Pick Up

New Zealand: 2-5 business days

This excludes delivery to the Hauraki Gulf Islands, (such as Waiheke Island), Stewart Island or Chatham Islands. Please contact us to arrange alternative delivery option for these areas.

Local pickup available from Rolleston.

Please choose your correct delivery option at checkout. Orders will not be sent until full postage payment has been received.

Refunds

Please contact us hello@superkidsworld.co.nz to let me know what issues you might be having with your order. 

Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received and return shipping charges are non-refundable and are full responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees.
